Knee
OA is not the end of activity. It is the beginning of training smarter.
Osteoarthritis is the most common joint condition in India. Exercise — not rest — is the most effective treatment. We help you build the strength and capacity to live actively with OA.

How Stance approaches osteoarthritis
Exercise is the most evidence-based treatment for osteoarthritis. We design graded strength programmes that reduce pain, improve function, and delay or prevent the need for joint replacement — measured objectively with VALD technology.

Frequently asked questions
Will exercise make my OA worse?
No. This is the most common myth. Graded exercise reduces pain and improves joint health. It does not accelerate cartilage wear.
When should I consider joint replacement?
Joint replacement is considered when pain and function significantly impact quality of life and conservative management has been exhausted — typically after 6–12 months of structured physiotherapy.
