We assess upper cervical mobility, deep neck flexor endurance and contributing postural factors. Treatment combines manual therapy for the cervical joints with targeted strengthening to reduce headache frequency and intensity.
Common symptoms
- One-sided headache that starts from the neck or base of the skull
- Headache provoked or worsened by neck movement or sustained postures
- Reduced neck range of motion on the affected side
- Pain that does not respond well to typical headache medication
