Clinical delivery
- Manage complex MSK and sports injury caseloads.
- Design and execute rehabilitation programmes.
- Use VALD, ForceDecks and motion analysis in clinical reasoning.
- Collaborate with S&C coaches on return-to-performance.

Leadership
- Mentor junior physios and interns.
- Lead clinical audits and case presentations.
- Contribute to SOPs and protocol development.
